I'm going to make this short and sweet...
I was already avoidant of vitamin supplements because I don't like ingesting things that are unnaturally created.
After reading the chapter Bad Science, from Michael Pollan's "In Defense of Food", I am officially afraid.
Vitamins should not be ingested in pure form, you can oversaturate yourself with these things (yes, I know that supposedly takes a whole lot of the stuff), or you can just simply miss the benefits, or any number of things could be happening in your body that the human population is as of yet blissfully unaware of.
Anyway, I don't like them, no sir.
I apologize for run-ons and grammar and spelling etc. I am in a hurry, more of this may be fleshed out later on.
